The client for this apartment wanted a very budget friendly solution for his 23 sq.m studio space which he wished to rent as student housing. The timeframe was also quite short, for this reason we decided to put most of our emphasis on creating a proper functional bathroom and a fully equipped custom kitchen since a lot of those where two main elements of the space that were missing. The entire floor was also updated with the use of high quality wood laminate flooring. Finally some light electrical work was implemented as well as light constuction works regarding, plumbing, painting and window fitting.
